 Peter Ranzino, Founder and President
The Learning Sciences team is led by founder and President Peter Ranzino, who specializes in the conception, development and deployment of electronic learning environments. A featured speaker on e-learning, learning management systems (LMS) and courseware development, Ranzino has worked with various Fortune 1000 clients, governmental agencies and smaller companies of all sizes. As founder and former President of a nationally recognized e-learning development company, he designed many of the company’s products and services including its proprietary Learning Management System. Peter also developed the Multimedia Training Network, a web-based training network that was acquired by a large corporate concern.

Dr. Joseph A. Hutchinson, Learning Consultant
Dr. Joseph A. Hutchinson has over 30 years’ experience in the use of technology to improve teaching and learning. He has directed university programs for technology support, professional development for faculty and teaching assistants, and the assessment of student learning. His teaching experience includes online graduate courses on the principles and practices of distance learning, and he has served as consultant and instructor on the development and delivery of eLearning.
Joe received his doctorate in educational technology from Louisiana State University in 1981. His ongoing professional development includes: Certified Public Manager (Comprehensive Public Training Program, 1989), Management Development Program (Harvard Institutes for Higher Education, 1996), Distance Learning Leader Certificate (United States Distance Learning Association / Nova Southeastern University, 2004), and Quality Matters Peer Review Training (Quality Matters, 2007). |

 Steven Jones, Sr. Developer
Steve has over 14 years of experience in custom application design and development and integration. His technical experience spans from project management to systems development to strategic planning consulting. Steve is IBM Websphere and Java accredited and a Certified Solutions Expert in IBM DB2 and Websphere CommerceSuite and holds multiple certifications in Lotus Notes and Microsoft solutions. Steve maintains a broad knowledge base in content management and its application within a SCORM or e-Learning environment.

 Meg Beier, VP of Creative Development
Meg is a 10 year veteran in the learning and development community. She is an accomplished, award winning eLearning Development Specialist with expertise in the planning, direction and production of electronic learning environments. Meg maintains a broad knowledge base and skill set in the use of web-based authoring tools including video and audio production. She studied Mass Communications and Fine Arts at the University of Nevada.
